– Just type at the end of your text Swash2 (or Swash3, Swash4, Swash5… depending on the number of letters you want to underline) and turn ON ‘Standard Ligatures’ on OpenType tab in Illustrator. In Photoshop Standard Ligatures you will find in the menu Type-OpenType
